How to redeem a code on Epic Games

Open the Epic Games Launcher, click your name in the upper right corner, choose Redeem Code, enter the code and click Redeem. In a browser, log in at epicgames.com/account/code-redemption and enter it there. Fortnite V-Bucks cards and gift cards have their own redemption.

In the Epic Games Launcher

  1. Open the launcher and log in.
  2. Click your name in the upper right corner.
  3. Click Redeem Code.
  4. Enter the code and click Redeem.

In the Epic Games Launcher Preview, click the Epic Games logo in the top left and select Redeem code instead.

In your browser

  1. Open epicgames.com/account/code-redemption and log in.
  2. Enter the code and click Redeem.

If the code is for another platform

Codes for PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo are redeemed on that platform, not on Epic Games. The logo on the code shows where it belongs.

Fortnite V-Bucks cards and gift cards

Fortnite gift cards and V-Bucks cards are not redeemed this way. Epic has its own help articles with the steps for them.
