What is Keyfinder?
Keyfinder (keyfinder.gg) is a price comparison site for game keys. Every hour it checks 203,675 offers at 8 shops and the official Steam store, including gift cards and subscriptions. For each game it shows the cheapest key, the region and platform it activates on and whether the shop adds a fee at checkout. Keyfinder does not sell keys: you buy from the shop.
Questions about Keyfinder
Is Keyfinder legit?
Yes. Keyfinder is a comparison site, so you never pay Keyfinder and never enter payment details here. When you buy through one of our links, the shop may pay us a commission; your price stays the same. The company behind Keyfinder is named in the Impressum.
Which shops does Keyfinder compare?
Kinguin, G2A, GAMIVO, IndieGala, Eneba, CJS CD Keys, GameSeal, and Driffle, plus the official Steam price. Each shop has its own page that covers who runs it, its fees and its regions.
How often are the prices updated?
Every hour. Each game page shows when its prices were last updated.
Are the prices on Keyfinder final?
Keyfinder shows each shop's list price. Some shops add a service or payment fee at checkout; we mark that on every offer, so compare the total before you pay.
Why does Keyfinder show EU keys first?
Keyfinder is built for buyers in Germany and the rest of the EU. Keys marked EU or Global activate there, so they come first; keys for other regions are listed separately.
Is Keyfinder the KeyFinder product key tool or the DJ app?
No. keyfinder.gg compares game key prices. It has nothing to do with Magical Jelly Bean KeyFinder, which recovers Windows product keys, or the KeyFinder app that detects the musical key of a song.
Does Keyfinder have a browser extension?
Yes. Keyfinder for Chrome shows the cheapest key price for a game on its Steam store page.
