Is Eneba legit? What to know before you buy
Eneba is a marketplace for digital game keys that launched in 2018. It is run by UAB Helis play in Vilnius, Lithuania. Independent sellers list keys there and Eneba provides the platform. Whether a purchase goes smoothly depends mostly on the seller, the key's region and the final price at checkout.

How Eneba works
Eneba's terms say the platform is not an online shop but a marketplace: the sale is between you and the seller. Offers from different sellers can differ in delivery, payment and return terms.
You do not need an account; Eneba says registration is optional.
Which offers does Keyfinder show?
Keyfinder compares Steam keys from Eneba labelled Global or Europe. Accounts, gifts, DLC, bundles and random keys are excluded.
Fees at checkout
Eneba may charge a service fee at checkout. It does not publish a fixed amount; you see it in the last step. Keyfinder shows the list price and flags the fee on every Eneba offer.
Check the region
Eneba labels keys with regions such as GLOBAL, EUROPE, NA, LATAM or ASIA. Even a GLOBAL key can have countries where it does not work; they are listed on the product page under the important notice. Eneba also advises against shopping through a VPN, because the site may then detect the wrong region.
Refunds and keys that do not work
Eneba refunds a key within 14 days only if you have not viewed it yet, or if the code is invalid or already used. A key you have viewed cannot be returned because you changed your mind.
If a key does not work, open a ticket with Eneba support from your order and attach a screenshot of the error.
